I have passed my time through hard
work and keeping me tough busy and enjoyments getting involved with these training
courses of my dear Primary and Mass Education Ministry. Sometimes, I enjoyed
them being trainee and sometimes as trainer. All the related high-ups,
authorities, officers and teachers were busy enough in the last 3-4 months,
receiving and conducting these training courses. Now it’s the question of implantation
at the school levels among the students. How much we are prepared and would
like to act accordingly? There is no alternative for us, but to be serious and
sincere enough at discharging our duties and responsibilities. The main success
of all these activities would rely on the sincere efforts and mind-sets of
working teachers. The head teachers have to take initiatives and come ahead to
make all of them successful. They have to make their schools work and the Assistant
Teachers are to follow their instructions with utmost sincerity and dedication
in a body. They need to have a strong team spirit among them. The rest of us
would have to assist them positively and open mindedly. For the greater
interest of the country as well as the nation we all have do that and carry on
the activities vastly. If we all show our true sincerity and act accordingly,
it is expected that the present scenario of the Bangladesh Primary Education might
take a shape.
