Matarbari GPS; A good Primary School

Matarbari Government Primary School;
One of the best school of Cox`sbazar

Matarbari Government Primary School; a good school I had ever visited in my last15 years service-life in the primary education department in Bangladesh. In 2007, it secured the 1st position in the whole Chittagong Division and 3rd position in the country, When primary scholarship examination was held. I went to Dhalghata High School Center to discharge my duty as an Officer-in-Charge in the Primary Education Terminal Examination; that has been started from today (23/11/2014). Later, I came to Matarbari GPS to see the school and meet the teachers what they are doing with the PSC examinees. It is to mention here that the school did the best; among the schools at  Moheshkhali Upazila last year in the PSC exam. In 2013, 32 students of this school secured A+; out of them 19 students got Scholarship. In the previous years their results were like this;

I reached at the school at 3.45 pm. I found three teachers busy with the examinees. Bangla will be the next subject tomorrow in the PSC exam. All the candidates were taking preparation for the exam. Seriously for tomorrow. When arrived, I asked the students how they did in the exam. held today in the subject English and I also asked them how many students would obtain 100 marks. They replied that they all had done well and about 15 to 2o students replied with confident that they would get hundred marks out of hundred. I felt proudly for it, as I had advised and gave suggestions to the teachers how to do well in the exam. in the last 11 months I discharged my duty as an UEO of Moheshkhali Upazila. I prayed and wished for them so that the students as well as the teachers could succeed in their hard-working.
